EnWave inks licensing agreement with Aurora Cannabis for dehydration technology

EnWave Corporation has contracted a select, royalty-bearing profitable for authorizing contract of its dehydration technology which has collaborated with cannabis power player Aurora Cannabis Inc.

As mentioned, Aurora will have a private master license to use EnWave’s Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) expertise for the drying of cannabis in Australia. As part of the contract, the establishments will work collected to pursue sub-licensing prospects.

One sub-licensee, who signed a deal concurrently with the Aurora agreement, is Cann Group Limited, the first company in Australia to earn a medical cannabis farming license.

The royalty bearing deal grants Cann Group the right to use EnWave’s expertise and will see the corporate purchase a 10 kilowatt REV machine.

As part of the contract with Aurora, if lowest commercialization supplies are met, Aurora will receive an undisclosed share of the bonus derived from cannabis products died with REV by the sub-licensees.
