Australia launches its first Artificial Intelligence (AI) Employee Legal Assistant that would be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It has been designed by people with legal knowledge and built by a local AI firm, motorized by Amazon Lex, Riqi.
It is however available on IRIQ Law’s website 24/7 to help the employees who are facing difficulties at work in relation to unfair dismissal, unlawful terminations, workplace bullying, workplace discrimination, underpayments and general protections. IRIQ Law have amalgamated with Blackbook AI in order to design and launch Riqi following extensive testing over the last 12 months.
Theresa Moltoni, the Managing Legal Practitioner Director of IRIQ Law said that Riqi would assist law firms to provide a wealthier experience for clients, efficiency as well as save costs with a careful regard for the proper exercise of professional responsibilities built in to each process. Riqi would ask relevant questions to seek information and provide an opportunity for employees to upload relevant documents.
Riqi would also capture the data and send the required information to an advocate so that the employee’s file can be opened resourcefully, and the matter can be processed further.
